Simply place the food inside and close the grill basket. With this tool, it's easier to flip food and take it off the heat, leaving less residue behind and less grill cleaning to do. The grill also prevents smaller food items from falling onto the heat source. To open and close the grill basket, move the ring on the neck forwards or backwards.
